                                              You will recognize the brightly
colored leaves and cone-shaped clusters of hairy, red fruit of the Sumac trees in this scene.

Sumac is a nonpoisonous plant of the cashew family.

Snow or Sand???

This scene is fall view of                                                    Klondike Park near Augusta, MO.
These white sands look like snow all year long.

This pasture scene was a pleasant view as we drove along the highway.  The green of the pastureland has given way to the colors of autumn in the Midwest.
